How to take it
Take without water: place on the tongue and let it dissolve slowly. Adults (15+): 1 packet; 11–14: 2/3 packet; 7–10: 1/2 packet; 3–6: 1/3 packet. Up to 6 times a day, at least 2 hours apart. Not for children under 3.
