Dosage · 用法
How to take it
Adults (15+): 1 packet 3 times a day, before meals or between meals, with water or warm water. Children: 7–14 = 2/3 packet, 4–6 = 1/2 packet, 2–3 = 1/3 packet, under 2 = 1/4 packet. Not for babies under 3 months.

- Not for babies under 3 months
- Pregnant, frail, weak stomach, heavy sweating, elderly, swelling, difficulty urinating, high blood pressure, heart, kidney or thyroid disease: ask a doctor or pharmacist first
- If there is no improvement after about 1 month, ask a doctor or pharmacist
