How to take it

Adults (15+): 1 tablet twice a day, morning and evening. Can be taken on an empty stomach. Do not give to children under 15.

Do not take with other allergy medicines or medicines containing antihistamines (cold or motion-sickness medicines)
Do not take with antacids containing aluminium or magnesium hydroxide
Do not drink alcohol before or after taking
